Notes can be any information you would like to include on a specific task or job (e.g. sub-contractor could not make it due to inclement weather, or project manager failed to call in the final inspection). Keeping notes on tasks and jobs will help track changes to the schedule and the progress of each job throughout the entire build. It can also be used to evaluate the performance of sub-contractors, project managers, salespeople, etc. Notes can be attached to a specific task or to the job. Any notes added to a task will automatically be attached to the corresponding job. Once entered, notes are permanent and cannot be modified, changed, or updated so be careful when entering notes.
