After setting up the job and contact information, click on the job options tab to select the color for the bar to be displayed in the Gantt View on the Master Schedule. With over 16 million colors available for the background color, each job should have a unique color. You may find it easier to use similar colors for areas, developments or project managers rather than picking randomly (e.g. Frederick Boss, project manager has shades of red).
