Select options from the tool menu and then select the appropriate duration of your work week.
Your work week can be either 5, 6, or 7 days. If some of your Sub-contractors work an occasional Saturday or Sunday, you should still select 5 days otherwise your schedule will always be running late. As the schedule changes, Schedule One will display your new Forecasted completion date in the detail window on the bottom of your screen in the Master Schedule.
